Payment and custom production

All orders must be prepaid. Custom production takes 7–10 business days after taped proof approval. Time spent preparing and approving your proof is separate from production time.

Shipping

Shipping transit time is additional to production time. Available services, rates and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Domestic economy shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Spring Grove, Illinois. Wait for your pickup-ready notification before collecting your order. Custom items must complete production before they are ready for pickup.
