Will I see a proof before you make my custom order?
Yes. Custom orders include a proof for approval before production.
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Yes. Pickup and shipping are both available.
Can you engrave or print a tumbler I already own?
Yes. We offer customer-supplied tumbler laser engraving and UV printing. Contact us first so we can confirm your item is suitable and arrange drop-off or delivery.
Do you take group or business orders?
Yes. Use our Bulk Orders page to tell us what you need, your quantity and your need-by date.
How do I send artwork?
Relevant product pages include artwork upload fields. For projects that need a different setup, start with Custom Orders or contact us.

When do I pay for a custom order?
Payment is required before production. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
How long does custom production take?
Custom production takes 7–10 business days after proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
